Three success stories on how to reach the other shore

I entered coaching in 2005, and since then I kept searching for local success stories like crazy. Because, as you already know, coaching might be seen on everyone’s lips these days, yet it’s hard to say who has really made a business out of it. While organizing four annual ICF Conferences in Bucharest, two editions of Coaching Summer School and two coaching supervision groups, I have met numerous coaches struggling to find a way. The good news is, things are moving. I believe there are enough clients on the market who’d pay for coaching services, either individually or organizationally. And although many of us still miss some of the opportunities that arise on the market – often just because we forget that it’s not coaching itself that people buy, but the transformation it produces – there are coaches who reach the other shore.

Watch the video to find the examples of three successful coaches and the roads they took to get where they are today. In the second half I make a short review of 2012 and state what I believe to be the trends in 2013. And if you are determined to get accredited, learn what coaching really is about and reach the other shore, join the International Coach Academy (ICA) Balkans, the first accredited coaching School in Romania, starting in February 2013.

If you want to meet the trainers, receive first-hand information and ask questions, come join us at the Info Meeting on February 6 and 12. Drop me a line at schinole@gmail.com to confirm your presence.
