Asking permission

Last night I finished my 3rd supervision coaching session, in darkness. I started in daylight, however during the call I felt unsure, eventually I pulled the client off. I remeber my glory days when being a trainer you are always in control and feel the position you have in the class as a dominant and powerfull one. How false, you can only be you and the client will be connected with this, last night as I mentioned I asked permission to put tough questions.

My client was happy, and I was in darkness which explains in a way how we coaches feel during intervention.

The good news? I feel great NOW!

Cheers!
