Anxiety versus Action
Both words with A, however so different perspectives. When we have certain desires we tend to link them with time horizon and use hours, days, weeks, months and sometimes years. I mean we set some deadlines and always we start to count down towards that target. How do we feel? Well, pressured most of the times, become anxious when we realize that we see the target close and somehow the desire is not clear now.
I heard recently an interview in which Gerald O’Donell predicted that watches will no longer be necessary. Time will be measured in goals! And than it hit me in my face, it is happening now, it is pointless to get anxious about hours, days etc, much better take action and this feeling is gone.
My goal this year is to graduate from a coaching academy and I am working on the final papers now, it feels so good.
