UPDATE (Jan., 2014): Meanwhile, the first series of students at ICA Balkans finished their classes in the platform and the supervising sessions. There is just a matter of weeks until the first graduates will be cheering for their certification. Plus, two of them will become PCC and two of them ACC.

In November 2012 I came up with two case studies from India and Turkey, making an analogy with the regional coaching market and a need that no one used to serve at that time: an integrated school for wannabe coaches.

Many coaching programs are covering just a fraction of the official accreditation steps required by ICF.

Since then, in India, ICA Bangalore continues a very impressive story with over 62 Professional Certified Coaches graduating within the first two years of activity.

What about Romania, Turkey or Bulgaria? Just as I promised, in February 2013 we launched the ICA Balkans program, a complete one-stop shop coaching accreditation program, with 12 students. All of them are now in the global platform, finishing classes and preparing for supervision, followed by graduation.

Half of them are entrepreneurs who either already practice coaching or intend to integrate coaching practices in their current business.

The rest of them are managers working in corporations and willing to become aware of the next step in their career.

To give you a complete picture of their results and how they approached the coaching campus I will feature some of them in a series of interviews in the next days about their stories and their experience as ICA students.
