Case study: Schaeffler Romania – Coaching team leaders in a key performance indicators environment
Part of a global group with presence on 50 countries, the Brasov factory is a green-field investment that exceeds 500 millions Euro to date and is a major presence in central Romania.
The main challenge in this project was in fact meeting a culture based on performance indicators and tight measurements, clear designed processes, lean framework and why not managers and team leaders mindset focused on manufacturing throughput. Initially we entered in a partnership with Ascent Group, present for 5 years as training supplier.
Our client was in fact, the project management unit, which piloted 3 different teams in parallel in order to choose the best solution for scaling the project.
