This is a consultancy and training program, that could be completed (on an audience basis) with coaching services.
How it applies
It is a 12-month program, developed as an operational academy with four modules.

Participants will evolve from solving problems to listening the client’s message and understanding its essence.

The participants will learn to successfully determine their clients to return.
