ICA Balkans is a blended Accredited Certified Training Program (ACTP) which, at the end, will offer you an ICF accredited certificate and the possibility to become PCC in just 18 months, if you have the necessary number of coaching hours.

OPTION #1: ESSENTIAL COACH TRAINING PROGRAM
It provides entry level coaching skills and an understanding of the fundamental principles of coaching. The Essential Coach focuses on developing a strong foundation in the core competencies such as Active Listening, Coaching Presence, Powerful Questions and Creating Action.
If you attend this part you will:
