Therefore, the afternoon workshop will follow on from the morning lecture with specific coaching tools for engaging the intuitive mind in leadership coaching. Specifically, we will focus on three intelligences within us and on learning to listen to potential and let it show us the way forward.

I know what’s on your mind: it’s getting harder and harder to be heard in a very noisy and competitive market place.

To get in front of the right people, decision makers and perfect clients that you are looking for, it takes some extra specialties these days.

My focus at the conference will be on three things:

I will talk about new ways in which coaches around the world are leveraging technology in order to increase their income. There are new ways in which coaches like you can get away from doing just those 1 on 1 coaching sessions and begin to leverage yourself, create recurring or more leveraged paths of income, reach more of your people and have a more lasting impact and influence in the world.

Tocmai din aceste motive și după mai multe discuții (face to face și la webinarul de ieri) cu câțiva dintre cei interesați de COACHING Summer School 2011 (#CSS), am decis să separcele două module ale școlii de vară în așa fel încât să te poți înscrie doar la primul dintre ele, cu opțiunea de a face ulterior upgrade și pentru cel de-al doilea.

Ceea ce înseamnă că, achiziționând doar modulul I (197 de euro până la 1 august, 247 de euro după aceea), vei avea acces la două zile intensive de workshopuri. Două zile în care vei primi esența de care ai nevoie pentru a te vinde mai bine, pentru a identifica clar problemele pe care le au clienții și colegii tăi și mai ales pentru a te vedea pe tine dintr-o altă perspectivă. De ce sunt aceste lucruri importante?

Pe scurt, le numesc PPP:

a. PROBLEMA (clientul): Aici vei învăța să identifici problema cu care se confruntă clientul sau colegul tău (ex: am rezultate slabe) și să te conectezi la el, obținând astfel claritate și abilitatea de a face diferența dintre nevoi (am nevoie de mai multă performanţă) și dorințe (îmi doresc sa fiu recunoscut).

b. POZIŢIONAREA (tu): Aici e vorba de tine, despre cum să abordezi o provocare de tipul celei de mai sus. E pur și simplu vorba de trei elemente pe care trebuie să le conțină soluția ta: produsul sau serviciul adaptat nevoilor și dorințelor clientului; niște dovezi credibile care să ateste solutia ta; șiprețul care trebuie aparat.

c. POSIBILITATEA (clientul): Acesta e un pas-cheie, decisiv aș spune. E momentul în care îi arăți ce câștigă el prin alegerea opțiunii proprii. Dar dacă ești prea concentrat pe tine, vei eșua din a-l ajuta să vada posibilitatea cea mai bună.

Știu că acum e vară și vrei să fugi departe de toate grijile. Dar ce faci la toamna? Vrei sa fii din nou nepregatit? Începe-o cu un pas înainte. Promisiunea modulului I a #CSS este aceea a unui shift energetic, emoțional, dinspre tine înspre clientul tău. Este – sunt sigur – lucrul de care ai nevoie pentru a începe să fii mai conștient în relațiile cu clienții tăi, să ai mai mult succes și să câștigi mai mult din ceea ce iubești să faci.
